How much does a project cost?
It depends on what you need and how big it is. After a free chat you receive a fixed-price proposal split into stages: you know in advance what you'll spend and you pay as the work progresses. For a rough idea, try the estimate tool below.
How long does it take?
It depends on the size: a typical project takes one to four weeks, a larger one can take longer. I'll tell you precisely once I understand what you need. We agree the timeline beforehand and split the work into stages, so you can see progress while the work goes on.
Do I own the software and the data?
As a rule, yes: the code written for you and your data belong to you, and we put it in writing in the contract. The project doesn't stay tied to me: if one day you want to change supplier, you have what you need to do so.
What happens after delivery?
I explain how to use the system and stay available. You can choose a support arrangement agreed in advance or call me only when needed, for fixes, new features or new requests.
My data is already in Excel: can it be moved to the new system?
Yes. I import the data you already have and check it with you before switching to the new system, so you lose nothing and don't have to work twice.
Does it connect to the programs I already use?
Often yes: electronic invoicing, accounting software, e-commerce such as WooCommerce or Shopify. It depends on the APIs those programs offer, and I check this before giving you a quote.
How do you use artificial intelligence, and is my data safe?
I connect Claude, ChatGPT or Gemini through APIs and choose the model that suits the task. I only send the data that is needed and we talk about it before starting, including GDPR compliance. AI helps, but it doesn't make important decisions on its own: a person always reviews those.
Will my website comply with the GDPR?
Yes, I build in the GDPR requirements from the start: privacy and cookie policies, a consent banner, analytics and third-party services only after the visitor agrees, contact forms with a privacy notice, and data kept in the EU or transferred with the required safeguards. We prepare the legal texts together for your business and, if you like, your own adviser can review them.
Do you work with clients outside Milan?
Yes, I work remotely with video calls and messages, in English, Italian or Russian, so distance and language are not a problem. If you are in Milan or Lombardy we can also meet in person.
