What data I collect

What you enter in the contact form or the estimate tool: name, email or phone, message and your answers in the estimate tool.

If you fill in a contact form inside Instagram or Facebook (a Meta lead ad form), I receive from Meta what you entered: name, phone, email and your answers, and I use it only to reply to you. The form is run by Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd., which also processes this data under its own policy.

When you visit the site, your IP address and some technical data of the request (browser type, requested page, date and time) are processed by Cloudflare, which hosts the site, to show you the pages and protect them from abuse, including a limit on the number of form submissions. If the form uses the Cloudflare Turnstile anti-spam check, it also receives your IP address and technical browser data. The site itself does not store your IP address. The legal basis is the legitimate interest in the operation and security of the site (art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Why I use it and on what basis

To reply to you and, if you wish, to prepare a quote. The legal basis is the performance of pre-contractual measures requested by you and my legitimate interest in handling the requests received (art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).

Who it is shared with

Requests reach me through Telegram and email. The providers involved are: Cloudflare (hosting of the site on Cloudflare Pages, the Turnstile anti-spam check and forwarding of messages sent to the site's email address to my mailbox), Telegram and Resend (delivering the requests to me by Telegram and by email) and Google (my Gmail mailbox). Some of these providers are based outside the European Union: the transfer relies on the safeguards provided by the GDPR, namely a European Commission adequacy decision (EU–US Data Privacy Framework) or the standard contractual clauses adopted by the European Commission, depending on the provider.

For how long

For the time needed to reply to your request and, if a working relationship starts, for the duration of that relationship and the periods required by law.

Requests stay in my Telegram chat and in my mailbox for the same period. The providers that deliver them to me (Telegram, Resend) may keep a copy under their own terms.

Your rights

By writing to me, you can request access to, rectification, erasure or restriction of your data, request portability, or object to processing. If you believe the processing breaches the law, you can lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, www.garanteprivacy.it).

Site statistics

If you agree in the banner, I use Google Analytics 4 for aggregate statistics on how the site is used. The legal basis is your consent (art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time. Details and cookies in the cookie policy.

Advertising and remarketing

If you accept the "Marketing" category in the banner, I use the Meta Pixel to measure my Instagram and Facebook ads and to show ads to people who have visited the site. For collecting and transmitting the pixel data, Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. is joint controller with me (art. 26 GDPR); any further processing is Meta's responsibility, under its own policy.
